PREORDER
Production time can vary following the product. Estimated shipping can be later or sooner depending on how fast the manu work . If you can't wait, please pass.
If you order along in-stock. The entire order will be shipped when the preorder item are done.
If you want in-stock to arrive sooner, you need to place orders separately from the preorder items.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
Shipping from France with Laposte/delivengo /Chronopost.
Preparing the order can take 1-3 weeks.
After the order is shipped, transit time vary following the country .
🇺🇲USA has all duty paid in the shipping price, though I may contact you if the tariff isn't enough to cover the overall order and request the difference before sending.
🇫🇷France : allow 1-2 weeks
🌎International : allow 2-8 weeks
Please be aware you may be charged additional taxes, custom fees depending on your country's laws. I'm not responsible for any of them, please be sure to track your parcel regularly to clear the eventual custom fees and get your parcel.
Please note after reaching the destination country, the tracking might not work.
REFUNDS / LOST / DAMAGED
All sales are final.
If the package is lost or the tracking seems to stop please contact your local post office first for more informations then you can contact me. Please note once the parcel is sent to the post office, it is beyond my control what happens in transit. I'm a small artists so refunds/ replacement might not be possible.
Exception : if I made a mistake with your order, you will be compensated with a refund or I’ll send the missing item if the inventory allows me.
Lost/Returned package due to incorrect address, unclaimed won't be refunded. If you'd like your item to be resend you'll have to pay for the shipping fee again .
Acrylic merchs & wooden pin have protective film. Please remove it for better effect. For objective damage, please send a pictures/videos.

Standard shipping : no insurance
Collissimo Shipping : insurance cover lost
